Los QL y Spectrum 128/+2/+3 comparten mismo conector y esquema, aunque en los Spectrum es el registro 16 del chip de sonido AY-3-8912 el encargado de controlar las 8 E/S. El conector para el cable puede comprarse en betterbox.co.uk por entre 0.28 £ y 0.65 £
